Very sweet, gentle Ben wants nothing more than to be loved. Ben is getting used to inside home life and needs a kind, patient person(s) to help him gain confidence. He is housebroken. At this point in his young life, he is not showing the herding, energetic side that is typical of his breed mix. Mostly he will want to follow you around and lay at your feet. Young children make him uncomfortable. He does well with older, quiet, dog-savvy children. He will need a slow introduction to another, medium or large, mellow dog in the home, but would be just fine being the only dog. He will not do well with cats, small dogs, chickens or other small animals. Ben will need a secure, fenced yard to feel safe.
