When Spencer was brought to VIPP in April of 2021, he was thin and matted and afraid. Since being at the shelter, he has gained weight and he has been grooming himself. He appreciates his cozy beds and regular meals but he is still not sure around humans. He will need to be adopted into a home with folks who will let him settle in on his own terms. He gets along with other cats but we don't have any history about his interaction with dogs. A quiet home is best for this boy. Spencer came to VIPP on 4/6/2021.
