Louie is back at VIPP after the sudden lose of her owner. Louie is the sweetest soul who will soak up lots of pets and love. He is still settling into his new situation at the shelter and wondering why he is back and what happened to his life? He is shy at first but when he is in his safety zone, he rolls over for tummy rubs. Louie will need a quiet home where his new humans will be patient as he settles in. The patience will pay off though when he bonds to his new persons. Louis needs to be an indoor kitty.
