I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is T-Bone FlapJack

I'm Available

When a Vashon Islander saw T-Bone Flapjack get hit by a car (hence the name), she stopped, scooped him up and got him to a veterinarian.  While T-Bone spent a few days at the vet getting his dislocated hips stabilized and deep gashes dressed, the islander searched for his owner. After having no luck, the rescuer contacted VIPP to see if we could take him for the rest of his recovery and then to find him a home. For T-Bone to recover, he had to be kenneled for two months. For the first 10 days, he was unable to move or get to the litter box. Slowly, he began to recover and was able to get to the litter box. During those first few weeks, he was on a regimen of antibiotics and pain medications. He was a total champ in taking his medications. His wounds have healed and his pelvis is mostly lined up so he can walk and get around almost as well as a normal cat. T-bone is ready for his next big adventure in finding a new home. He needs to be strictly indoors, and he would be best in a home where he is the main attraction. After all he has been through, he deserves the best.
