Elbee is a special needs cat looking for a special home. Elbee is a sweet elderly lady who has bouts of incontinence. She tries to get to the litter box but sometimes she doesn't quite make it. Pee Pads are her friend. She loves a good lap and lots of pets. Elbee came to VIPP on 1/13//22.
