This handsome guy is very friendly; he only takes a moment or two to warm up to new people. He greets his visitors with a hearty head bonk and a chorus of purrs. When he's not absorbing love from humans, he's quite the silly and playful dude. To Charlie, everything is a toy, even the broom when VIPP volunteers sweep his room.
