WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In accepting a role as Foster Caretaker with Vashon Island Pet Protectors (VIPP), I understand that caring for domestic animals of any kind may present a risk of personal injury, injury to other people and/or pets, and damage to property. I accept these risks, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIPP, its directors, officers, and volunteers from and against any and all claims and damages of any kind for injury suffered by me, members of my household, all third parties for any alleged injuries of damages of any kind, including damages allegedly resulting from acts or failures to act of VIPP, its directors, officers and /or volunteers. By signing below I acknowledge I have read, I understand, and I agree to the above terms.
