Izzy has a story that we will never know. He was found hanging around a home and was trapped in a humane trap and taken to the veterinarian. He seemed to be feral and while at the vet, he was combo tested, vaccinated, neutered and micro chipped. After a few days in a kennel at the shelter, one of the volunteers was able to pet him. He was uncertain but curious. It seemed that we did not have a feral cat after all. Izzy went to a foster home for further socialization. After only a few days in his foster home, he relaxed further and wanted tummy rubs and enjoyed being held. Izzy may always be unsure of new situations and humans but once he gets comfortable, he is a total snuggle bug. Izzy would do best is a quiet indoor home where he can get all the love and affection he deserves.
