Geoff Fletcher, President
In addition to leading a gaggle of cat and dog herders at VIPP, Geoff helps his wife Terri with various cat duties for VIPP, including trapping cats for the feral program and fielding phone calls and emails relating to lost and found cats. He also is the goof-ball with the cat hat on stage at the Fur Ball.
Geoff is deputy executive director with the State Educational Technology Directors Association, a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C. supporting members of state departments of education who work with technology. He is a former teacher at the high school and college level, and served in the Texas Department of Education for 11 years. While in Austin, TX, Geoff volunteered for Animal Trustees of Austin. He also has served as a board member for Vashon Allied Arts.
Marcia Bruya, Vice President
Marcia Bruya is a Senior Management Consultant at Point B, a national consulting firm headquartered in Seattle. Marcia has spent over two decades' in numerous roles including executive coaching, business process redesign, change management, operational support, technical project leadership and software implementations. Marcia is honored to support the program as a volunteer, Vice President and VIPP Board Member.
Judy Kullman, Treasurer
Judy started as a VIPP volunteer soon after moving to the Island in 2008, assisting with the Fur Ball and other fundraising events. She has been VIPP's treasurer since 2011. Judy's background is in IT, with over 30 years in airline information systems. She is currently a senior software development engineer with Alaska Airlines.
